Gone are the days that it is sufficient for you to just pop up an advert onto Seek, InDeed, PsychExchange, or wherever else and then you sit back and wait. That DID work a couple of years back, but NOT in the current job market. These days you have to take an ACTIVE role in ensuring the visibility and general awareness of the opportunity that you have on offer.
This is a 4 week schedule where I tell you what TASK to implement every day (Monday to Saturday) as part of your recruitment drive. Each TASK also has an accompanying NOTES section, where I share some more detailed instructions with you. It is like a ‘meal plan’ but for your recruitment drive.
