I created this program to help you get complete clarity around exactly WHAT your message to the world is all about, WHO you are meant to serve through your personal brand, HOW to get your message out there, whilst setting yourself up to ultimately MONETISE your personal brand. Which means you get to  help more people in better ways whilst building a life of freedom, choice and work-life balance for you and your family.

I’m going to be sharing with you the exact, simple steps I used when I started my personal brand 5 years ago and which has now grown to a $500K plus annual turnover business, consisting of only my Personal Assistance and I.

The best part is that I have done all of this from a place of PASSION and absolute ALIGNMENT which has made this a process that I have enjoyed every minute of, even the challenging bits.

Hey, I’m Gerda and after using  the exact same steps that I will be sharing with you in this program, I have been able to build my Personal Brand to a half a million dollar annual turnover business, working less than I’ve ever worked, as a Group Private Practice Owner, with zero of the headaches usually involved in running a practice.

Yes, you heard me right….

I have been able to successfully move away from 1:1 clinical work and now do a combination of in-person events, speaking and online programs as part of the Gerda Muller Personal Brand.

In addition, I have been able to successfully remove myself from the day to day running of my two group private practices – now run by my Principal Psychologist – and hence I’m fully focussed on building my Personal Brand and learning everything I can about establishing and growing a Personal Brand that adheres to the ethical principles of our highly regulated allied health industry, whilst being soul-aligned and full of integrity.

Purpose: During this module, we explore and get clear on the PURPOSE that your Personal Brand is going to have for you and the people you want to serve. We will do this by addressing the following:

  • Why have a Personal Brand?
  • Achieving Vision Congruency
  • Dealing with Mental Blocks holding you back
  • Making a clear Decision on who you are as a Personal Brand
  • Re-Affirming Behaviours to stay Connected to your Purpose


Soul-Aligned Thought Leadership: Unless your Thought Leadership is ‘soul-aligned’, you shouldn’t even bother. Soul-aligned Thought Leadership is what will ensure that you are motived, inspired and excited to build your Personal Brand – not because it is just another income source, but because you just CAN’T NOT talk about it, share it, live it. Here we will unpack:

  • What does it mean to be a Soul-Aligned Thought Leader?
  • Who are YOU as a Thought Leader?
  • What will be your LEGACY as a Thought Leader?
  • How to deal with the human need for VALIDATION as a Thought Leader?


Your People: Every Personal Brand requires a set of ears ready and willing to listen to it. This is referred to in many ways…. Audience, Raving Fans, Community, Tribe, etc. I prefer to just call them ‘my people’ because that is what they are too me. They are my people. The people I love to talk to (instead of talking at). The people that love to talk to me. The people that love what I have to say, even if at times I challenge them and push them outside of their comfort zones with my opinions and thoughts.

And just like I have ‘my people’, you need to find ‘your people’ and we are going to do that by looking at the following:

  • Who are your people?
  • Where will you find your people?
  • How are you going to reach them?


Content Creation: Although you will have explored and expressed your core, soul-aligned personal brand message in the previous modules, you will need to continue to create and share your content with your people. This is part of the Content Creation process, which is an integral part of education marketing through which you provide your people with content of value to them. In order to ensure you have this down-pat, we will cover:
