We’ve compiled some of the most commonly asked questions in advance of our live experiences to help you make your plans. Whether you’re joining us for the first time or you’re coming back for more… you may find value in some of the information below.
How do I get there?
Our event is hosted at Tamborine Mountain Glades, located in the Gold Coast hinterland.
The closest airports are the Gold Coast Coolangatta Domestic & International Airport and the Brisbane Domestic & International Airport. It’s about a 70-minute drive from either airport.
How do I get coffee?
There is an onsite café open daily from 7:30am to 3:00pm, where you can purchase barista-made coffee.
During the Business Intensive, a tea and coffee station will be available each day for morning and afternoon tea at no additional cost.
What's the dress code?
Our events are high vibe but relaxed, so pack for comfort and fun.
Welcome Dinner: Smart casual is perfect for this.
Celebration Dinner: This is our last night together and we do so in true PPS style, which means Oodies & Uggs.
What's the weather like?
The weather in the Gold Coast Hinterland during August is typically mild and pleasant, as it’s the tail end of winter in Queensland.
Expect daytime temperatures averaging around 20°C, with cooler nights dropping to around 8 – 10°C. It’s generally a dry month with plenty of sunshine, making it perfect for outdoor activities and exploring the lush rainforests and scenic views of the hinterland.
Who can attend?
This event is primarily for Private Practice Success Academy Members & Team, as well as all Founders Club Members & Team.
Depending on numbers, spots may be made available to Alumni or other Guest Attendees.
Can I bring my family?
Absolutely! We encourage you to tag a day or two (or even 7) onto the event days so you can bring your significant other and kids and turn this into a full-on family holiday.
Tamborine Mountain is the perfect place for making memories, so why not mix business with a little family time?
Can I join via Zoom?
There’s no live Zoom session. The core sessions will be recorded. But here’s the thing:
The biggest breakthroughs don’t happen on Zoom or in a replay. They happen in the white space – over hot chocolate (or cocktails), in hallway conversations, and when one idea from a side chat flips your entire strategy upside down (in the best way), so you’re gonna want to make it in person!
Why is the agenda a 'secret'?
We love to surprise and delight – plus, sometimes we need to shift things around due to spontaneous opportunities. Keeping a little mystery lets us stay flexible and deliver an unforgettable experience. That being said, a more detailed agenda is generally released closer to the event
Can I claim CPD for the event?
Most certainly! You will be able to claim 16 hours of active CPD for this event.
